What is Carnival of Caring?

Carnival of Caring is a heart-centered event created for Oklahomans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their families, and the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who support them daily.

​

Held during Tulsa Area United Way's Day of Caring, this event is a celebration of inclusion, belonging, and appreciation that brings together the IDD community in a space designed with them in mind.

The Arc of Oklahoma is proud to be a sustainability partner with Tulsa Area United Way, whose generous support makes this event and our year-round advocacy and services possible.
