A self-advocacy group for adults with IDD. Their mission is to help members take charge of their lives, learn about their rights, and gain independence by supporting & encouraging one another.

A social and support group for adults with Autism. Meetings focus on building connections, confidence, and sharing experiences, with topics ranging from personal interests to complex issues.
