WHAT WE DO

Special Education Advocacy

Every Student Deserves a Fair Chance to Learn

At The Arc of Oklahoma, we believe every student with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) deserves equitable access to a high-quality education in their local community.

Our team walks alongside families, educators, and policymakers to promote inclusion, protect rights, and ensure that students with IDD have the supports they need to succeed—from preschool through transition to adulthood.

Core Values:

✔ Inclusion ✔ Advocacy ✔ Protection of Rights ✔ Education

✔ Respect ✔ Diversity âœ” Voice & Empowerment ✔ Innovation

Knowledge is power! We help families understand their rights and take action.
